The CIHA Board ensures both the Pioneers and Villagers hockey teams are organized and run in accordance with our mission statement and values below. We also facilitate year-round social and community events with our strategic partners promoting equality in sport. Our AGM is held every September and we always encourage feedback and suggestions along with new memberships.

To foster, grow, and promote an LGBTQ focused hockey community with an emphasis on equality in sport at all levels. We thrive to demonstrate mutual respect of every team member and opponent in the locker room, on the ice and in the community, ultimately promoting LGBTQ equality and being recognized as leaders in acceptance.
